I believe I suffered from depression and anxiety for many years before being officaly diagnosed. I finally seeked help when it was affecting my ability to be a good wife and mother. I hoped it would help with my decreased libido but while it did not get worse there was not much of a change. The beginning side effects where a little discouraging but lasted maybe two weeks. I have been taking this drug for about 3 years and I have had not many severe symptoms or adverse reactions. It has fufilled the prescribed purpose- preventing pregnancy. My only complaint is more bloating than I had prior to birth control and a decreased sex drive (but maybe that's a good feature- as it would help prevent getting pregnant).

after starting Azor I have experienced mussel and joint pain my eyes get dry and the bottom of my feet get real sore and its painful to walk. in winter I cough a lot at bed time I am clearing my throat all the time and the back of my toung gets sore.

Remeron has been a wonderful drug for me. It has relatively few side effects, and they are much more tolerable than the SSRIs. I do have daytime drowsiness and increased appetite, AND I feel impatient and a bit angry sometimes. But all in all i have a better outlook on life since starting, am sleeping better and happier overall.
