I only took this after my wisdom teeth extraction. It was really great for the pain and seemed to even help the swelling go down in my face. The main downside was that it made me intensely sleepy. I basically slept those days away and didn't eat much. Not too much pain though so I was satisfied and came out of the surgery just fine.

I belive that naringenen made my viral load drop to negative. When I was on hep c treatment alone I was positive in my lab. After I started naringenen with my hep c treatment medications I tested negative on my viral load. I am in my 5th month of treatment. I believe the naringenen played a role in my negative viral load.

This was a life saver. After suffering close to 15 years of serious insomnia, I found GABA. It enables me to get 5-6 quality hours of sleep whereas I could not sleep for more than 1 hour at a time previously. Usually, I am able to sleep 7-8 hours although the last two aren't as restful.Since I'm able to sleep again, my anxiety has dropped, my mood has stabilized, I'm not tired all the time, and I'm just feeling better. I took this for my basic daily vitamin fix : ) have been taking it for about 5 years now, only one a day, and feel great when i take it, appetite is great, full of energy and feel more alert. Once i stop taking it, i feel droopy and slow, very down.
