just got put on 50mg but 1/2 a pill in the am and omg i only took this only once and already I know Im not continuing, I cant eat I have diarrhea and i vomited this is bad, I feel like I have the flue I cant function I guess it depends on the person who takes the med but I suggest not to!

I was prescribed amitryptiline after a servere breakdown and agitated depression. Hi, I have been taking Zyflamend PM less than a week. First time taking it, I noticed withen the first hour a sense of relaxation and peace. I began taking it because I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Also my joints, right knee have been giving me pain. I also have noticed in my hands and feet this feeling of lightness. It is a great feeling. I am excited to be feeling so good. Really amazed too.
