Vyvanse is the only drug I've taken since I was diagnosed with ADD. I'm 47, so I can tell you it's not just for children. It really works, too. If anything, I have to be more careful with prioritizing my tasks, because with Vyvanse, it's easy to hyperfocus on whatever is in front of me. The drug lasts at least 8 hours. When I get a headache or pain from my period, I take Ibuprofen and it takes away the pain temporarily. I recommend it because when it works great!

During the spring and summer I use tincture of fresh Hawthorn leaves and flowers. During the winter I switch to the fresh berry tincture. My blood pressure used to be 140+/98+ on a pretty regular basis with occasional peaks up to 200/120. After a couple of months taking Hawthorn tincture my usual bp is below 120/80 (typically 117/ 76) with occasional spikes up to 150/94. My heart murmur has also disappeared and I rarely notice any irregular heart beats.
