It helps some, but not a lot. I still have horrible reactions when I am around my worst allergens (ie: dogs, cats) even when I have taken Claritin 24 Hour that morning. For general seasonal allergies it does help keep them at bay enough that I can function. It can also help to dispel some of my headaches, if they are allergy and/or congestion-based.

Unlike flonase, I don't seem to end up with as much of a dry nose problem. I like this. It also seems to burn a lot less when taking nasally.

I have gotten terrible muscle weakness and joint pain. I have taken this medication for 1 year and 1/2. I have gone through a serious of test to try to detect the cause of my pain. I have used Medrol Paks every 8 weeks to help. Recently I read the disclosure sheet that come from the pharmacy with my levothyroxine. For my hypertension, the doctor prescribed me hydrochlorothiazide, 1 tablet per day. But since this medication was making me feel extremely tired, he reduced the dose to 1/2 a tablet per day. I feel better, until now. Nevertheless, this medication presents some serious side effects, such as rheumatism and gout, and every 6 months I have to go to the hospital
