I took Candex for three days, one capsule in the morning with a very large glass of water. I am very sensitive to all kinds of medicine, so I was prepared for the worst. The only thing that seems related in time to the Candex doses was the veins in my hands and fingers dilating (getting really big), making my hands ache and my fingers and palms itch. Prior to using Candex, I had already been on a cleansing, higher protein diet with little if any dairy, grains or (and especially) limited or no simple sugars. If I reintroduce these foods while using Candex, I obviously find myself feeling more exhausted and achy all over due to providing a feeding frenzy to the fungus. My recommendation, keep your diet at a cleansing level in order to assist the process.

Tylenol is a staple medication in my family whenever there’s a cold or some little ailment. My dad’s a family practicioner and we all happen to use Tylenol. It does wonders and is reliable. I’ve never had any problems as a result of Tylenol use.
