Nexium has been the only medicine to help with my GERDS. My reflux was so bad it acid bubbled into my nose and I could not breathe; regardless of when I ate! Ortho Tri Cyclen lo was absolutely terrible for me, it exacerbated my depression exponentially. Several people commented how "out of it" I appeared and I felt confused all the time. I could not organize or accomplish routine tasks without trouble. I was feverish and incredibly emotional. I could not wait to quit this birth control.

I get slightly flushed with Niaspam, but I take it with a baby aspirin and only when I'm going to bed. Some slight itching occurs, but I usually get to sleep fine anyway.
