I use a mix of drugs as preventive for my "Cluster" condition one is Topamax. At first I was on 250mg and it was terrible as I lost weight, dizzy, total lack of concentration and at time could not even remember my telephone number or home address. No aftyer treatment I am down to 25mg (morning and 50mg night and I feel no side effects yet I still feel a slight lack of concentration, drowsiness and weight loss. I was prescribed Entocort for IBS (very loose stools) by my Gastro. I have been taking them now for almost 2 weeks with one capsule of "Align" probiotic. I have noticed absolutly no change and have discontinued its use.

Terrible! Try getting off this medication! It messes up your brain chemistry. I ended up in the psych ward after the terrible anxiety after trying to taper off. I did not alleviate any nerve pain that I had or still have. It's cousin Lyrica is just as dangerous! I would not suggest either of these meds. Antisiezure meds should be used for that purpose only. Has anyone experienced severe diarrhea from the Zyflamend? After taking it for 5 weeks and experiencing little relief of my back and leg pain I now have had diarrhea for several days. I have discontinued the Zyflamend and wonder how long it takes for the diarrhea to stop.

When I initially took Zyrtec, it was pretty good at reducing my hay fever. However, as my body got used to the drug, its effectiveness at reducing my symptoms had diminishing returns down to almost zero. That has, however, been my experience with all similar drugs, and Zyrtec took longer than others to reach that result.
