The constipation and change of appetite was un tolerable. I was taking pain killers for another problem and had to then sit really in pain due to extreme constipation, belly, abdomen, anus pain. I have had a rough year, worsened by this. Provigil has significantly affected my performance at work and home. I have energy to do things and think very clearly. It keeps me awake and regulates my sleep cycle. It is rather expensive though. I've developed a tolerance, and my libido is significantly decreased. This has led me to switch stimulants, but I do rate Provigil very highly.

This was by far the worst experience of my life. I had taken other BC pills off and on since I was a teen and even though some were slightly bothersome, they were tolerable - I am now 35 and can't believe how awful this particular pill was.
