Try adding more purple to your diet!
Purple foods such as concord grapes, blueberries, plums, pomegranates, acai berries, red wine, and even eggplants are very high in antioxidants. Purple foods have been shown to protect your heart and vision, promote mental focus, and increase longevity. Research has indicated that purple foods may even be used to prevent or cure cancer.

For someone who suffers from Menieres Disease, it is at present a life saver for me...I am able to work and carry on pretty much with my daily routine because of it.

I like this drug in terms of itch relief (about 70% better) and also has improved quality of sleep, but I have experienced severe burning mouth pain w/ thrush type symptoms as well as vaginal yeast infection type symptoms as well.

This drug makes me extremely sleepy. After I take it, I cannot do anything else except fall asleep. Even if I take it at night right before I go to bed, I wake up the next day feeling drowsy and cannot function well. Since I am a student, it makes studying and attending classes difficult sometimes. I have to plan on taking the medication on a night before a day that I do not have to wake up early or have something important to do. The thing I like about this medication is that when I do take it, it makes my allergies go away for several days. Therefore, I only need to feel the effects of drowsiness maybe only one or twice a week rather than every day.
