i feel this way after almost one year (half that year was on the generic microgestin), and finally realized my feeling may be a side effect of junel. thought it was just me and didn't know how to control my mood. cryin right now actually :( i think i may skip tonight's pill and just stop birth control for good. the hormones are horrible for the environment anyways. i plan to start using condoms and natural family planning instead. ....or i may just try the ring bc it is supposedly much lower... It is ridiculous how Drs tell you to take half the drug at night, so you will be trying to sleep while the drug is not trying to keep you alert and active. And being dopey in the day because you have not got enough betahistine in you during the day to get you past the threshold for it to be effective. Take most of it early in the day. It is pointless taking it after 3pm you wont get the best use of it. Most Drs are very ignorant in its use and wont prescribe even the minimum amount... View full comment
