To those who had bad stomach reactions to Candex, did you make sure and drink it with a FULL 8 oz. (even more if you can) glass of water? Very important as Candex is all enzymes and they will upset your stomach if not diluted! Zyflemend really helped with my inflammation. But I had to stop using it because I began to have heart palpitaions, and my heart pounded so. It got so bad that I thought I was having a heart attack. I stopped and started back using it several times to be sure that the zyflemend is what was causing this to happen. And everytime I stopped using it for a few days, the palpitations and pounding would go away.
