For me, kava works wonders for my sometimes debilitating anxiety. Non-addictive, and does not cloud my thinking. However, I usually take more than whatever the recommended dose on the bottle says. No side effects, other than if you take "too much", sometimes you can feel a little tired the next day, and/or not sleep as well in the morning. paracetamol does not do anything! i can never feel any difference than before taking it, but maybe it does kind of stop my nose running and relieves me from coughing, other than that, i do not take paracetamol for any other reason.

That's exactly how I have been feeling! I feel depressed, irritable, and very hungry! I feel like I want to vomit all the time! Last night, I woke from my sleep vomiting! To stop the queezniness I eat salty crackers. If the increase in appetite does not cause weight gain, eating fatty foods to calm your stomach certainly will. I have taken Analgin, which is sold in many European countries as a pain killer for, toothache, stomachache, headache stuff like that, to releif some pain. Well, now im developing Hives (urticaria), and while taking steroids to treat the hives, i come across to take Analgin (Metamizole) twice, and my whole face swelled up,and the rash worstened a lot, i am starting to think i have become alergic to Metamizole sodium which is present in the Analgin pill.
