I did feel better in the beginning. There is a noticeable energy lift and feeling of well being. But unfortunatly there is also intense emotions and difficulty breathing, expecially in bed. I don't like the feeling of slight suffocation. It causes me anxiety. For that reason I am seeing my doctor and electing to take the shot instead. i switched to ZenChent and ever since then, my period is darker/brown and i often get clumps of blood that come out. my period is always on time, though and lasts as long as it always did before. but does anyone else have this problem?

This doesn't work for me. I have marked that it raises my stress level because, like another poster, it stresses me out when I go hiking and I can't be sure I will live through an asthma emergency. Luckily Advair keeps me OK.

I have taken nuvigil for about a year now. I have not had a problem with hair loss. As for sleeping, I don't normally have a problem. I too am a teacher and have difficulty with my summer's lack of routine. I know the medicine doesn't help as much if I don't take it right away in the morning. Also, I have started using the alarm clock to have a more consistent wake-up time; this seems to help too.

I wish...I can change the dosages...I wish,I could take naturals medications for my anxieties,without any side effects and withdrawals...it would help a lot more,with my anxieties.The main causes of my anxieties...is the withdrawals and sides effects of medications. NATURALS would be better !
