Sometimes my throat gets coated in mucus, but I feel that is a result of my cold and not the medication. I am really satisfied with Mucinex. It is the only thing that really takes care of my cough.

NEVER AGAIN will I take this crap. I can't believe it made it on the market. I remember my first few doses where I was lying in bed frozen since the slightest movement made the whole room spin. My eyes felt like they were being spun out of my head and my body trembled from the inside. The side effects were really bad for 3 hours after taking my dose. Advil relieves my pain in an hour or two . But I have not been taking it very regularly so I would not say that I have any side effects.

One month after quitting smoking I suffered a fairly severe asthma attack and 3 episodes of migraine aura around 11 am daily (always had allergic rhinitis ,classic migraine which for the past 20 years or so no longer includes headache, just aura, and various food additive allergies), followed by a mild stroke causing temporary paresis of right leg from knee to foot. Considering its function, I think creatine is great. I do, however, feel that the lack of supporting research concerning its long term effects may pose an issue. I'd strongly suggest consulting a physician prior to intense use.

It gives me terrible cramps starting in my side and running all the way up my side and through my arms. I am unable to take it and had to switch to a different medicine because the side effects were too bad.
