My doctor prescribed this medication to me when I was 16. My skin was at a point where it was starting to break out a little. When I started doxycycline, I would get extremely nauseated to the point where I would vomit. I don't use tylenol unless I really have to, and it is usually in very small amounts and only for temporary relief of a headache. It is effective almost always.

i was advised to take the drug two weeks before my period. i am on my 16th day of my period, i have experienced headaches, bodyaches, hotflashes, nausea, vomiting and of course long periods. i have been hospitalized, the Drs did a blood test, cat scan, pap, ultra and found nothing. i had discussed my concerns and changes i was experiencing after the pill but they all say it cant be the pill as the pill is suppose to help with the period. on the 5th i go for a biopsy. my life is miserable. i k... Benadryl is great also with the itching you get the next couple days after your sunburn. It is the antihistamine that helps. Also, benadryl is great for poison ivy. The diphenhydramine helps me sleep at night and the antihistamine helps clear the poison ivy up from the inside out. Great product!
