just an FYI. If you feel a Yeast infection coming on put about TBSN of Apple cider vinegar in cup of water and douche once. It works wonders for me. Hopefully it will work wonders for you too. Or alternatively, you can use about 1-2 drops tea tree oil in tbsn of melted coconut oil and dip a plastic tampon in it - let it soak it up for 20-30 minutes and use overnight. Very effective against pain. Was taking 10/350 dosage and it was knocking me out at first. Downside is it's very addictive and it doesn't take long to get lulled into the addiction.
