Okay, Day 1 was interesting. I broke in hives where I applied the testim. Note to beginners-only apply on shoulders and upper arms. I made the mistake of putting some on my collarbone and that's were it itches the most. I was using samples the doctor gave me but went to pick up the prescription from Costco. I have been on it for about a year. It is convenient and I can trust its efficacy. However, i've started keeping track of my moods, and I must say that at around the 5th-7th day of a new pack I am extremely irritable. Extremely. Considering its function, I think creatine is great. I do, however, feel that the lack of supporting research concerning its long term effects may pose an issue. I'd strongly suggest consulting a physician prior to intense use.
