I began drinking green tea straight and in other forms when I realized the benefits of the Asian tea. I have not seen any significant changes but I do notice that after drinking green tea that I experience bursts of energy and higher mood levels.

I was irritated with things that normally wouldn't bother me, from my boss, to the kids, to the soccer coach, then spending the rest of the time feeling awful for how I responded to them. I had the hormones levels checked and since my body is running efficiently as ever, my doctor suggested Citalopram hydrobromide in 10 mg for the first two weeks. After using Tinactin spray for 3 days on my foot to treat a mild case of athletes foot (minor peeling between baby toe and the toe beside it only) i developed a bumpy, itchy rash on the skin of my foot that had come into contact with the spray powder. This medication did not help, and has only served to irritate my skin where it was applied. Very pleased with the med. I fought depression for many years and took Prozac which help considerably. I began to develop dysphoria. I found no enjoyment from anything so weekends and nights were very boring and I started drinking to kill the boredom. My doctor started me on Aplenzin.
