My Doctor just removed me off Junel Fe. I have had pain in my muscles and joints as well as severe pain in my left arm/hand. My ability to do resistence (weight) training has been diminished. I can not lift as much weight and the weight I do lift, I cannot do as many reps. I get extremely dizzy if any exercise involves stooping or bending.
