I've been taking Agomelatine for around 4 months now (50mg per day) in a UK based clinical trial. I had taken paroxetine for 12 months immediately prior to this so feel I can make a good comparison between the two. Firstly with Agomelatine i've not noticed any side effects whatsoever, its almost as if you arent taking medication at all, although in saying that it's not been very effective in reducing my depression and anxiety either, although it does help me sleep easier. **** keep in mind that I have a pretty strong anxiety disorder, femcon has exasperated it but in no way cause it. my stats: taking it for three weeks to help with my acne, 27 years old, good health, was on orthricycline low 3 years ago without any problems. This medication relieved the pain but as a side effect irritability and slight mood changes were noticed and it became slightly addicting, so it wasnt taken anymore to avoid these effects.

Whilst I am happy taking Sandomigran as it does relieve my migraines, the side effects bothers me most and that is weight gain. I have gained over 10 kgs since taking it from March 2014

When taking this blood pressure medication I often have to check if my blood pressure is under 110 of so my doctor doesn't not want me to take it for that day

Purchased Alli when it first came on the market. Followed directions and diet exactly and was rewarded with severe constipation. At the time the drug company wasn't even recognizing this as a side effect and on there forums would only comment that they were looking into it. Ugh Very bad experience. I discontinued use and thank god Costco returned my money.
