The doctor says that my blood pressure is good, but sometimes I feel tensed and stresses, weak, tired, out of balance, and chest pain mostly at night.. I also have an increase hearthbeat. I must say that the medication works, but too many side effects. So at the end of the day, what is the point of having such a medication which increases and decreases your well-being at the same time?

I was put on ativan 3 times per day starting in january for panic attacks that I was having. The problem with ativan is that if you are having a panic attack it takes a while for the medicine to kick in and stop it. I also was having some side effects with it such as tremors and nightmares. My doctor switched me to xanax and I liked it a lot better. It stopped my panic attacks within 10 minutes of taking the medicine vs the hour it took to stop them when I was taking the adivan. Cymbalta has done wonders for my fibromyalgia. Lyrica and Savella made me so sick I was throwing up! They did nothing for my pain either. Not Cymbalta, though. It has made me virtually pain free! It has also helped balance out my bipolar II symptoms; especially the depression. Another added benefit included fewer and much milder PMS symptoms. Cymbalta is definitely the drug of choice for me...and no side effects!
