I went from a healthy weight of 140 (normal for my size) to 180 in less than 2 months. It came from nowhere, no changes in diet were made to have effected the weight gain. I was exercising a couple times a week, I have gained and lost weight throughout my life, but never in a quick amount of time. I was on Femcon for several months. My skin became clear and beautiful. I had horrible cramps on other pills and hardly any cramps and a super light period on Femcon. I have fybromyalshia and often have headaches. I had less once I started this pill. I went off the pill 5 months ago trying to be healthy and thought maybe I would loose the 10 pounds I need to loose, but just went back on today because my skin was so bad and cramps were horrible. I've been taking Agomelatine for around 4 months now (50mg per day) in a UK based clinical trial. I had taken paroxetine for 12 months immediately prior to this so feel I can make a good comparison between the two. Firstly with Agomelatine i've not noticed any side effects whatsoever, its almost as if you arent taking medication at all, although in saying that it's not been very effective in reducing my depression and anxiety either, although it does help me sleep easier. Green tea is good for relaxing. Drink it occasionally, just helps me mellow out, more placebo effect I think than anything else, although I know it's good for you.
