I agree with anonymous July 18 2009. no joy or happiness in life. I didn't feel anything in fact. my doctor reduced the dosage and now I feel fine. I have more energy and am more motivated.

This is a horrible drug that caused all kinds of side effects and made me miserable for the last 2 years. Started taking it due to gastritis from NSAIDS. Tried Pepcid first but got acid breakthrough after 1 month. Tried 10 mg capsules of Omeprazole, but they had a nasty aftertaste. Bumped up to 20 mg, then 40 mg. Constant bloating and abdominal pains. My personal experience the w/ProAir HFA, is not a favorable one. I am 39 yrs old and have been a life-long Asthma suffferer / survisor! However, within the past few months, my Asthma has gone into what I call an 'active / non-reactive' phase. Very active on the Asthma side and non-reactive to my normal Albuterol Sulfate Inhaler or Solution for my Nebulizer.
