The first day I tool Zyflamend, I noticed a distinct reduction in lower back pain from osteoarthritis. But the next day, I began coughing and having mucus problems. I am a long time user of birth control pills, and ended up on Reclipsen just 6 months ago because my insurance would no longer cover my old birth control pills. I accepted the change to Reclipsen under protest and thought for sure that I would be beseiged with nothing put problems being on it. Wow, I wish someone would have told me about Zyflamend before now. It is GREAT for my joint pain in my knees and ankles. I have been absolutely amazed by the almost immediate improvment upon taking it. My only complaint is that it doesn't last 24 hours and late in the evenings the joint pain returns. But I certainly look forward to taking it again in the morning before the hustle and bustle of the day.

I started taking Metformin when I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I started at a lower dosage twice daily and moved up to 850mg 3 years later and I haven't really had any problems with my blood sugar since then. Metformin keeps my blood sugar very stable and I am very happy with it.
