Lipitor might be effective at lowering cholesterol but it is not necessary good at reducing risk of getting heart disease. I am into my 5th day with one more tablet to take yet I still have a low grade fever this morning.. Very disappointed but my family doctor said it would take several days. I did see a nurse practitioner at a Kroger "Little Clinic" and she felt I had possible pneumonia. I saw an ENT the next afternoon and they could not hear the crackling in my lung but I had taken the 2 tablets the evening before of the Z-Pak. Fever has continued on this third morning since.

diagnosed with staff aureus of the right knee joint and hospitalised for 5 days with intravenous Flucloxacillin.I am now on 2 weeks of tablets and have not had any significant sleep in that time.

Prednisone makes me jittery, and gives me hot flashes intermittantly with chills. However, when weighing the benefits against the side effects, it is very much worth it.
