I suffered with sever urinary urgency. It was affecting my life. I was prescripted sanctura and changed my diet. Now I can live normally again. I have experienced some fatigue and dry mouth but the side effects are managable. I am very happy with the product.

after the second shot I was walking to the checkout when everything got white and I almost passed out. That has never happened from taking a shot. Not sure if it was the drug or me. I still would not recommend the vaccine, atleast not untill there are some more longitudinal studies on this vaccine.

I too am hyperthyroid. I was prescribed carbimazole and had an allergic reaction with a skin rash which erupted within days. I then was prescribed PTU, propylithouacil which I initially took at a very high dosage, namely 12 tablets/day and after several weeks lost my taste completely and had bad headaches. My consultant reduced the dosage to two/day after 2 months as I had gone underactive. I gradually regained my taste but then developed pains in my arms so bad I couldn't sleep on my sides... I have had to add Comtan to regime because Carbidopa/Levodopa doesn't work for me on a consistent basis...it may work for a few minutes, to an hour or two or not at all...it's like the medication doesn't have the same amount of chemicals in it consistently.

Vesicare has helped me with my over active bladder. Frequent bathroom visits etc. I can now go out and not worry that I might have an accident. At first I had very dry mouth which seems to have lessened. Indigestion was somewhat mild in beginning and I now do not notice it. It seems to have somewhat gone away. Consitpation is not a problem.
