This drug is the difference between whether I sleep or not.. If I forget or do not take it, because I am out of it, I do NOT sleep at all, until about 4-5 am. I LOVE this drug and for me, it has virtually NO side effects.

I had taken Marax in the mid 70s and as a 16 year old "in charge" of her medication, I probably took more than prescribed and suffered severe anxiety attacks. Sometimes so debilitating, I wanted to jump out of my skin. Then I would crash and thought I was going to die. It worked for me. I had cystic acne on my back, chest, neck, face and after years of dealing with it I saw a dermatologist and he perscribed this. I had dry skin while on the drug but DUH! If you do any research about the drug it permanently changes your oil glands in your skin. I have noticed a slight chap lip years after I have taken it but no other side effects I have related to my accutane treatment. Oxycodone HCl is far and away the best drug available in the UK for chronic pain. The problem is the blatant lie on box and PIL that the duration of action is 12 hours. In my experience I begin to feel pain at around six and am in agony again by 6.5-7 hours after taking. My doctor refuses point blank to issue me recue medications which I have to obtain through other services than the NHS. I don't use tylenol unless I really have to, and it is usually in very small amounts and only for temporary relief of a headache. It is effective almost always.
