I had taken celebrex and a few other arthritis medication (1 which was taken off the market) and none of them had been very effective. I experience arthritis the worst in my hands shoulder back and knees and meloxicam does a good job to relieve the pain. I sometimes wish I could take an extra dose of meloxicam but my doctor told me to take tylenol arthritis instead. As a whole I am very happy with Meloxicam.

I started taking Chantix two weeks ago, the first week was fine, while I was smoking, when I quit smoking on the second week I thought that I might have an immunity to the meds because I was climbing the walls... like you do when you are having a nicotine fit, by the end of the second week I developed a skin rash with lesions varying in size from a pin point to a dime size. Im happy with the weight loss Ive recieved from Adipex-p. Im undergoing doctors care now for my pain. Im not sure my pain is from the medicine or not. I just had an MRI of my neck on Tues. I may have a ruptured disk. I do work in a factory. I went to a Neurolorgist though last month and he was basically insinuating that he thought it was the Adipex without coming right out and saying so. I have awful menstrual cramps, and so, generally, when I can relieve that, I can think clearer and my emotions are more intact (hence my answer for the emotional side-effects above).
