I've found this to be quite effective and I've actually been able to switch to taking it just once a day (should probably discuss this with my doctor, huh?). However, I am very concerned about long term effects, and I don't like being dependent on it, which is why I'm taking this survey. Hope other Advair users will add their experiences.

Far superior to standard Metformin. Some generics cause horrible GI side effects which others such as Sun? do not. Glumetza's only side effects are mild, including mild stomach upset, some bloating, skin texture change, and hair thinning/hair loss.

Experienced moderate flushing during my first usage but it occured 12 hours after taking the pill. It was a scary experience because I thought any side effects would hit a lot sooner. Flushing occurred about 4 hours after taking a pill the second day; this time I noticed my knees and ankles turning red - flushing was limited to face, neck, arms the first day. This drug put me in the ER 3 times. Its extremely dangerous to take it. DO NOT GET ON THIS DRUG PERIOD. The side effects and the withdrawls outweigh any benefit it allegedly has. Do research and talk to your doctor about different drugs BUT do not go on this one if you value your life at all

I take Ibuprofen OTC for headaches, body aches, cold/flu, joint pain, etc. I usually take 400-600 mg and it is wonderful because it helps with pain and inflammation with NO side effects. When I had my wisdom teeth pulled out I preferred taking 800 mg ibuprofen over tylenol, darvocet, hydrocodone, and percocet. Also, when I broke my foot and had tendonitis I was given prescription 800mg ibuprofen and it was the best thing for the pain and inflammation. I would rather take Ibuprofen then any o... Tylenol works wonders for me when am in pain, and when it comes to my son when he has a fever i choose children tylenol because it relieves his pains faster then any other brand.
