I have tried 36 antidepressants during my lifetime and only two worked well for me - lofepramine (you cant get it in the US) and Wellbutrin.. I felt really really tired and lethargic on most other drugs, and some gave me some really nasty side effects - seizures from venlafaxine, suicidal tendencies with prozac, tics, anxiety or severe tiredness with others

After taking Spiriva for over three years I suddenly experienced bronchospasm and shortness of breath. I stopped taking Spiriva and these adverse reactions stopped. My lung function test results have shown great improvement in lung function but I can no longer tolerated Spiriva.

This medication was by far the worse treatment I have tried for my severe menstrual cramps. It made me so sick to my stomach that it felt like I had the stomach flu everytime I took it. I couldn't sleep at all, I would have severe night sweats, nausea, diarrhea, and just overall felt like crap. I wish I had never even tried this medication, what a waste of 3 months of my life.

I am confused as to dosing,as some articles say 2000 IU or 5,000IU.I want to use it to boost immunity to the flu. My husband had prostate cancer,I have fibromyalgia and have an 8 year old child.Some say do not take it on a sunny day.Others say up the dosages if there is a flu outbreak.Most MDs are clueless about vitamins.Mine has not heard of its usage for the Swine flu.Europe is way more advanced .Do I have to take it all winter? Prior to taking Lunesta my sleep pattern was irregular and unhealthy. I'd sleep three hours and was tired constantly. I am a typically hyper person and so I always desperately wanted to sleep but often was unable to. Once I began Lunesta I couldn't believe how much better everything went.
