I had a urine infection {my own fault not drinking enough } so was very grateful with the speed that flucloxacillin worked. I feel very sure that the skin and nail problems I have now are some kind of side effect from the flucloxacillin though. I had never had anything remotely like this before and it started three days into treatment .

Suddenly my blood pressure is extremely hi.... from 140 - 90 to 176-98+... For the first time in my life I have to take 20 mg of Enalapril twice a day to keep my blood pressure on check. Even so, the BP goes up to 150 - 95 after twelve hours of taking a pill.... I also have this jiterry feeling and can feel the pulse in the tip of my fingers..... As if in extreme alert or distress

This is my second round of Isotretinoin. The first time the results lasted for about 3 1/2 years before I started having bouts of cystic acne again (definitely related to stress). The first time I was on it I had a lot of joint and muscle pain but I have not experienced that this time around. Very effective at first. It gave me very vivid dreams, and sometimes it seemed like I was dreaming before I was actually asleep. One night, once I started feeling relaxed, I thought I was in a hallway filled with macaroni and cheese. There were times when, as I was falling asleep/just waking up, I couldn't tell if I was asleep or awake--sometimes I thought I was awake, and it turned out I was dreaming and vice versa.
