I have had some underlying skin rash from some allergic reation and we are not sure what is is yet. I also suffer from autoimmune problems for over 20 years. This is the only thing that has diminished my severe itching and calmed this unknown body rash (similar to eczma)for the past week. THe itching & body rash was better immediately following the first day of this treatment the next morning.

I would tell someone to take it because it makes me feel better. After I eat, I take the Prilosec OTC, and my reflux is well controlled. Even when I eat food that causes more reflux, my reflux is controlled with the Prilosec OTC.

Anaphylactic shock here. I had to be rushed to the hospital. My face swelled up until the eyes were slits; the tongue swelled; and welts were all over my body. My tongue swelled within a few minutes of injestion. I was lucky to get to the hospital in time.

This drug was horrible for me. I have never felt sicker than when I was on it. The withdrawals were worse than opiate withdrawal. I was totally ill for two weeks-I couldn't stand or sit up without throwing up. I had "brain zaps," couldn't eat or sleep.

Started taking Topamax on vacation to gradually get up to full dose. Went very slowly--got to full dosage at about 4 weeks. I lost weight, but tried to stick with it because the migraines were so bad, but it only reduced them a little bit. At around the 4-5 week mark I was sitting in my living room feeling semi-suicidal and decided I should read the fine print on the side effects. I had really bad hives last month and was prescribed Zantac to prevent the spread. It was very effective but I had to take it once a day for 10 days along with another medication. By the eighth day, my hives were completely gone.
