The first day I tool Zyflamend, I noticed a distinct reduction in lower back pain from osteoarthritis. But the next day, I began coughing and having mucus problems. It works well for me. My only compliant is that it tastes horrible. It's hard to swallow with water. It usually gets stuck to my tongue when I go to swallow.

I agree with Eammon that when I first started Amisulpride it was like a dream, but as I continued to take it my side effects have increased at an alarming rate. I sleep less than 7 hours each night, I am restless, agitated, have high blood pressure, frequently urinate during the night, unable to concentrate, poor memory, more manic, etc. I was on olanzapine , which was making me too drowsy and the weight gain was worse.
