I am age 50 and take this for alleviating peri-menopausal symptoms. My hot flashes include nausea and fainting, so I absolutely need a hormone replacement drug to keep me normal. The only side effect I have from being on this pill for one month is a bodily rash all over (like heat rash) and acne on my chest and neck! It's very gross! I took Lupron Depot in 12/09 prior to hysterectomy to shrink a fibroid. Never worked and now I have developed hashimotos and continued breathng problems. I had a complete physical in 5/09 and was in excellent health except for heavy periods due to fibroid. Wish doctor had give me birth control pills instead. Do not take this drug unless you have no other options.

I have been on prevpac for four days for h.pylori. since taking it every day i feel worse i have metacllic taste in my mouth, headache, my neck, chest, stomach and back hurt and having trouble sleeping

The first few days I took Trileptal I felt "drunk" but that vanished within the first week. Cognitive side effects such as severely not being able to remember words and short term memory loss were severe the first few months, but tapered off so that after the first 6 months I wasn't and am still not sure if it's the Trileptal or getting older (45) that's causing the now mild effects.
