I would rather take "Claritin D" rather than regular Claritin, but I stay away from decongestants because of a minor heart tachycardia. Taking Claritin regularly keeps the severity of my seasonal allergic reactions to a minimum, but it certainly does not stop all problems. It seems to be particularly ineffective at helping eye and nasal symptoms.

Zyrtek worked great in the first few months that I used it. I had to stop because of the frequent headaches that I started getting. A few months ago I decided to try it again when my allergies were really bad and I got another bad headache and haven't used it since.

The most positive and unanticipated side effect, besides clearing up my strep throat, is that I experience a level of energy that I haven't known for close to 4 years, since the birth of my son. It makes me think that I've had a long-term low level infection for a long time that the azithromycin is clearing up. We'll see what happens once my prescription runs out in a few days!

Well it worked to prevent pregnancy because there was no way I could've gotten pregnant when I couldn't even have sex since I basically had my period for a month! In addition I had the pleasure of getting severe cystic acne that I haven't been able to get under control for 3 months. I've never had anxiety in my life and I started having anxiety attacks. Adderall may not be considered one of the best drugs for the typical person, but it has many benefits. I will warn people about the mood swings though, you will find yourself irritated and aggressive when coming down from the medicine. I'm able to focus more, and sleep less. (I had a minor case of Narcolepsy, I would sleep about 14 hours a day, and wasn't completing any school work)

So far so good for about a month, & with no heart palpitations--but I am only taking one a day in the morning & with FOOD, such as cottage cheese. I feel a lot better because everything is not hurting all the time......its doing an amazing job & I have taken no "NSAID's" (Advil, Aleve, Naprosen, Ibuprophen, or Aspirin) or Tums, Mylanta, pepto bismol for over a month. At 67, I say, hurray!
