Site reactions were very bad, lumps and bruises that lasted for weeks. I developed Raynaud's syndrome and had white fingers almost daily until I switched to Avonex, no more problems. The flu like symptoms were horrible and the day after I had NO energy so I ended up being sick most of the week.

I feel sick, is there any other kind of treatment for stomach ulcer?, I just hope it will help me to cure my ulcer. I think it is too many pills I have to take, and I think of the possible damage it can cause to my body.

I seemed to be shaky after taking it but if I get busy (do housework, go for a walk etc.) it gets better. If I lay around I become annoyed and tired and need a nap. Its almost like if I work with the medicine I can do my regular routine but if I dont and give into the pain while Im waiting for it to kick in then it doesnt help.

I thought it was the heat dehydrating me, humid weather causing arthritis flare-ups, menopause symptoms coming back, all at once. And maybe even something wrong with my thyroid medicine (a bad batch or needing a dosage increase) But symptom got worse when we went away from the heat on vacation.Towards end of our vacation my husband insisted I stop taking it and I immediately began to feel better. As stated above, it does seem to help with my blood pressure, but I seem to be more irritated than I was before I originally started the medication. It is worth putting up with for the benefit of the medication though.
