I've tried them all! With reservations, I purchased Herplex and was humbled! It was the first medication to actually prevent cold sores from oozing open. Puzzled as to why I could no longer find it at Wal-Mart, I found this site and discovered it is no longer available. What a disappointment. I wish I had a dollar for every time I suggested Herplex to someone.

I have endometriosis and we tried several different birth control pills before my doctor recommended the Mirena device to me. It was very expensive (of course my insurance doesnt cover the device) and it was very painful when she put it in. I had irregular bleeding for the three months that I had it in me and I experienced some of the most painful cramps I had ever had in my life. I could only stand three months of it and I had to have her remove it. It was a waste of 800.00 for me.

I had taken Topamax before and it had worked great for me for about four years, then I supposed I became immune to it. I was put on Lyrica and it made me feel horrible and I was constantly getting hurt. I am now back on Topmax and hopefully soon the Lyrica will be out of my system.

I thought it was the heat dehydrating me, humid weather causing arthritis flare-ups, menopause symptoms coming back, all at once. And maybe even something wrong with my thyroid medicine (a bad batch or needing a dosage increase) But symptom got worse when we went away from the heat on vacation.Towards end of our vacation my husband insisted I stop taking it and I immediately began to feel better. It worked wonders!!! My skin is completely clear, I constantly get compliments. All the side effects (dry, dry, dry, chapped lips, dry eyes, dry skin, sun sensitivity) will happen so stock up on carmex (lip moisturizer) and cetaphil lotion or which ever one works for you.
