I have been taking Lutera for 3 weeks now and I have never been so tired. No matter how long I sleep I yawn all day, I cant stay focused and I have no energy. I would not recommend this pill to anyone. It was not even prescribed by my doctor the pharmacy gave it to me as an alternative. I will be changing this as soon as possible.

I've consumed pomegranates not so much as for prescribed health reasons, but for a healthy diet. Although I have not seen any negative side effects as a result of consuming pomegranates, I have not seen any benefits either.

I take Tums for extra calcium, but I recommend not taking them on an empty stomache; typically, if I do, I experience (very minor) stomache pains.

I am a 42 year old woman who suffers with heavy periods and have done for most of my life! I recently started taking Norethisterone to help with my periods, which has helped. I suffer with anemia due to heavy periods, so regularly take Ferrous Sulphate, however this upsets my stomach and makes me feel ill, so I try and take the liquid form which combines Vit C with the Iron. I do seem to have suffered from more side effects this episode but I was having to take the drops half hourly for a week and then hourly each day and night for 2 weeks before weaning down to 3 times a day now.
