I thought the Zyglamend was working really well for my inflammation from rheumatoid arthritis, and I was still taking only 1 tablet per day, working my way up to 2 per day. But the diarrhea and heache was there everyday. Then the headache was so bad I could barely move, so I took my blood pressure and found it had shot up dangerously high (179/112). Experienced moderate flushing during my first usage but it occured 12 hours after taking the pill. It was a scary experience because I thought any side effects would hit a lot sooner. Flushing occurred about 4 hours after taking a pill the second day; this time I noticed my knees and ankles turning red - flushing was limited to face, neck, arms the first day.
