Umcka is available in many forms. I have found them equally useful and have had no side effects. My favorite is the hot drink powder because it's nice to have a hot drink when you're feeling sick.

I have had normal blood pressure, top number in the 120's-130's, bottom # in the 70's, all of my life, and now that I have been on Yaz for a year my numbers have absolutely skyrocketed. Now I'm getting readings anywhere from the 140's over 80's all the way up to the 190's over 90's! My doctor prescribed this medication to me when I was 16. My skin was at a point where it was starting to break out a little. When I started doxycycline, I would get extremely nauseated to the point where I would vomit. I then decided that instead of taking it in the mornings, it would be best to take it after my evening meal. It worked out great. My blood pressure is back to normal. So that is great. But I'm experiencing many side effects I don't like and I may not be able to continue to tolerate - like really bad heartburn, loss of appetite, insomnia, swelling in extremities, painful joints, and others. I don't wanna die from high blood pressure.... but i feel lousy in a way I never felt before. So, I may need to try to a different med.

I am taking Meloxicam for disc degeneration L4-L5 -disc buldge putting pressure on nerve. Since taking this medication I have started to have trouble with Sciatica. It appears that Meloxicam is not reducing the inflammation as well as Celebrex. Unfortunately, I cannot take Celebrex due to a sensitivity to the medication (hive reaction). Meloxicam is also causing dizziness and constipation as well as insomnia.

not much really. it has helped slow down the pain but not completely. i would say its not the best fast-pain reliever out there. its great for headaches and menstrual pain.
