While taking the Wellbutrin has helped me cope better in some situations, I still regularly have days where I just can't hold it together and feel like crying all day. While it's not as often as it was, I still have them. I was on 150 mg once a day and was moved to 300 mg once a day and I haven't been able to tell much difference. I do like it though because I haven't gained weight like I have on other medications.

Unfortunately, I have had a real problem with hormonal birth control. I'm currently taking Microgestin, and while I'm kind of miserable on it, it's not as bad as what I experienced with Ortho. My only real complaint is that I have developed contact lens intolerance, and get red, gritty, painful eyes every time I wear my lenses for more than one day at a time. That's exactly how I have been feeling! I feel depressed, irritable, and very hungry! I feel like I want to vomit all the time! Last night, I woke from my sleep vomiting! To stop the queezniness I eat salty crackers. If the increase in appetite does not cause weight gain, eating fatty foods to calm your stomach certainly will.
