I'm no longer taking Lipitor, thank God. After a year of testing and doctor visits it was discovered that I was having side effects from Lipitor. I had been complaining of muscle ache and weakness, shortness of breath, fatigue, blurry vision and tremors for a year, but no one would listen. For greatest effectiveness, should be prepared as an infusion. The standard preparation is about 4 oz per liter of boiling water infused for at least 4 hours. Lengthy infusion extracts a large amount of the minerals that contribute to a healthy nervous system and bone health (calcium, magnesium, etc) that you don't really get from extracts, capsules etc
