for the first couple of days it felt really harsh on my skin then i think i got used to it, my doctor had informed me not to be in the sunlight and this terrified me, as he mentioned this would make me feel itchy or burn if i stayed in the sun. When I initially took Zyrtec, it was pretty good at reducing my hay fever. However, as my body got used to the drug, its effectiveness at reducing my symptoms had diminishing returns down to almost zero. That has, however, been my experience with all similar drugs, and Zyrtec took longer than others to reach that result.

negative side effects outweigh any positive benefits. blurred vision is debilitating as are the constant migraines and stomach gas which comes out in the form of constant burping and bloating.

My father is on Zoladex for prostate cancer. He seems to have developed little obsessive behaviours - like counting cigarettes, the money in his pocket and writing notes. And a slurping sound with his mouth. I also feel he is sinking into a deep depression and wonder if it's the Zoladex. I am taking him to the doc tomorrow.
