Found out the other day that eating alot of greens will cancel out the effects of warfarin (anything with high Vitamin K like spinach)- just thought I'd pass that along!

DHC works wonders!! Nothing like Codiene at all, so don't worry folks! Also* There is no ceiling effect like codeine! On the negative side, tolerance can build within days. If I were to make a comparison for those who haven't heard of Dihydrocodeine; I'd says it's the UK's version of our "Hydrocodone (Vicodin, etc)". The two are quite similar. I was a baseball pitcher back in high school and a ball got hit back up the middle and off of my face. It broke 3 bones and the pain was undescribable. I could not get surgery done for a week and I was perscribed percocet for the week before and the week after my surgery. Even though it made me tired, it worked tremendously.

I've tried many other pain killers for my lower back injury, but these seem to work the best, with minimal side effects. Granted, I could use something heavier, but then the side effects outweigh the benefits of pain relief.
