Lolav, I find that for sleep the alternative therapies work better and with less side effects then the pharmaceutical approach. I suggest you check with a health food store to see what they recommend. Valerian is good and so is just plain old hot milk before bed. There are stronger Ayurvedic or Chinese herbs that you can Google- some are common and some you have to go to India for. I have been on lithium for 35 yrs. had a breakdown when my identical sister died.I tried twice in that period of time to stop it and I got a mini break down.Iwill never get off it again.But i would like to go down to one because of all these side effects.Of course I will be asking my dr. about it,but I wanted to know if my feelings about these side effects are being aggravated by lithium.

Cymbalta has altered my WHOLE life. I feel like I am in CYMBALTA PRISION with no way out. I had been on Cymbalta for almost 4 weeks and I am OFF Cymblta for 4 HELLISH weeks tomorrow (9/16/08) . This drug had got to be watched. I took this drug for nerve pain and ended up LODSING MY JOB

I did not expect to bleed for 2weeks and 4days. The cramps were intense, and lasted for 2days. The intial bleeding was horrific, i never expected to bleed so heavily in such a short period of time. You definitely need to be prepared. The inital nausea wasn't that bad.

Within about w two hours, I had all the diigestion-related symptoms of the flu (even though I do not and did not have the flu). Without getting too graphic, let me just say that my system emptied itself completely via both ends within about 1 half-hour.
