I have been tacking Simcor for almost 3 months. In the beginning I had flushing and itching that was severe enough to bother me at night. That side effect has almost gone by now. However, I use to have my resting pulse around 52-54 beats per minute, just recently I've noticed that my resting pulse was elevated to around 68 - 74 beats per minute. I took this for eczema. It did clear up the condition for a while but shortly after I finished the course the eczema came back. I hated this drug - I couldn't concentrate on anything, couldn't think coherently, and my appetite was ridiculous - I couldn't stop eating! I was ripping open packets like a crazy person.

I got suicidal because of the Haldol, and had to discontinue its use because of the suicide thoughts and depression.

I switched because of cost and this was the generic they caried. Oh goodness. It's been two weeks and I noticed I have crying spells and moody. This feeling of hopelessness/sadness. I have had bouts of depression and this pill seemed to magnify it for me. I do not want to keep people from trying it ..this is just my experience so far. I had not taken Midol for a long time, maybe since I was about 25, so it has been over 20 years. I was cramping so bad however that I decided to try it again thinking maybe I would not experience the side effects- dizziness, feeling intoxicated. I will not take it again unless I know I can just go right to bed because I still had the side effects, but it did make the pain go away.

I have suffered from depression before when I was in high school, and I was on different anti-depressant. I had side effects and the worst was the insomnia. I like wellbutrin just because it does not have this side effect.
