I'm 33 this year and have been using Mirena for 4 years 8 months after having my 2nd child. The insertion was a bit painful and I felt cramps after that, but it didn't last long and was bearable. These pills made me feel like I was crazy. I was moody and depressed and impatient. My mood could change from being happy to being sad or angry in an instant.
