I was prescribed Lupron to stop my periods, which were always painful with heavy bleeding. Since I was in treatment for early stage breast cancer, it was also recommended to control the estrogen, which helped to produce my tumour. I had had two 1-month shots and I am never taking this drug again. I can stand the hot flashes, the exessiuve sleepiness in my case and the feeling of weakness in the muscles. My doctor presribed low ogestrel because irregular period that had been on for 5 weeks. I had to take 4 for 4 days 3 for 3 days 2 for 2 days then 1 a day. After the first two days i started having severe anxiety attacks. Then i started having irregular heartbeats, short of breathe, nervousness, migranes and loss of energy. I have stopped taking them and waiting for my follow visit in two day with my doctor. And most of my symptom has ceased.

I was prescribed this for a recent injury. I find myself enjoying them far more than I probably should. The fear of addiction is overwhelming. I have tried to take them only when I feel I absolutely have to.

I was prescribed Etizolam ,5 mg for my CBT sessions of Agoraphobia. As of now, the therapist and I are only working on the lower range of anxiety inducing situations (I was asked to rate anxiety situations). The medicine has helped in the sense I am able to face these situations and some of the physical symptoms (legs shaking etc) have disappeared. However for the higher range anxiety situations, it has not been very effective. My biggest problem with Etizolam is that it is causing me drowsin... View full comment

terrible experience. i was just so tired all the time that wasn't right. my energy level was really low and i did gain more than 6lb in two months. i stop with the pill after my secound month. it was a nightmare!
