Advil liquid gels are helpful sometimes when I take it. i take it for cramps but i have mild drowsiness and dizziness sometimes. Also, sometimes after I take it, I lose my appetite or my digestion changes. Overall it is slightly helpful when it comes to cramps or pain relief.

This supplement wasn't one of my favorites. Even though I did recover quickly after workouts, and though I noticed more definition, I think the majority of it was water weight (I gained a lot of weight very quickly when I started using it). I know that many people swear by this stuff, but I don't think I would recommend it. Being able to eat after a workout is more important than creatine intake.

I suffer from a cold or allergies at least twice a year that results in lots of congestion, etc., you know the story. This is the first time I've tried Mucinex DM, or any Mucinex product, and so I am a little Leary after reading these reviews. I would agree with an earlier post that if you tend to run on the dydrated side you have to really, really start drinking water. Watch how much goes in and how little comes out. I needed to take it for a colonoscopy I was having done. It tastes horrible even in my favorite Gatorade drink. But the most important thing is that it worked. I was completely clean for the colonoscopy.
